Diaper Cake

I am looking for instructions on how to make an animal diaper cake or a choo choo train diaper cake.?
I have a baby diaper shower for someone at work. She’s not been there very long and we don’t have much preparation time. I can make a tiered diaper cake, but thought something in a shape with some added items might be a little more thoughtful. I’ve seen all kinds of pictures, I just need the instructions and supply list!!!
